The short version. DEAWatch costs $49 a month after a 14-day trial. Cancel any time in one click and you won't be billed again. Your records stay yours — export them whenever you like, including after you cancel. We keep the service running and treat your data carefully; you're responsible for what you put in it and for keeping your own compliance obligations.
DEAWatch is operated by Artificl, a sole proprietorship based in Michigan, USA. You can reach us at support@artificl.us. These terms are a contract between you (or the company you're signing up for) and us.
DEAWatch tracks controlled substance authority and their dates, sends reminder emails you switch on, and lets an AI assistant you connect answer questions about your records. We provide it as-is on a subscription, and we may improve, change or retire features over time. If we remove something you rely on, we'll tell account owners by email first.
Cancel any time from your billing settings — no email required, no retention call. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you've paid for, then stops. We don't charge for time you didn't intend to buy: if you cancel shortly after a renewal you forgot about, write to us and we'll refund it. We'd rather have a fair reputation than one month's payment.
Cancelled accounts become read-only. You can still sign in and export your records, and we keep them for 30 days in case you come back.
Connecting your own AI is optional. When you do, it reads your records to answer your questions and, by default, cannot change anything. Your AI provider's terms govern what they do with the questions you send them — that's a relationship between you and them, and we don't control it. Every lookup appears in your activity log.
We aim to keep DEAWatch available and answer support within one business day, but we don't offer a formal uptime guarantee at this price. If we ever have a serious outage, we'll tell you what happened rather than hoping you didn't notice.
DEAWatch is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. DEAWatch is a tracking tool, not compliance, legal or insurance advice — it helps you see what's expiring, but staying compliant, insured and licensed remains your responsibility, and you shouldn't rely on it as your only safeguard.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business or contracts.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
You can stop using DEAWatch at any time by cancelling. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, doesn't pay, or is being used to harm others — we'll give you notice and a chance to export your data unless the situation makes that impossible.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email account owners rather than quietly editing this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
